Notice of Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Thomas County Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the commissioners meeting room of the Thomas County Courthouse in Thedford, Nebraska, to hold a regular meeting and to review an application for conservation easement on the following property:

Parcel 1:   Pt. S1/2S1/2 Section 20 (AGR District)

Parcel 2:   Pt. S1/2, NE1/4, S1/2NW1/4, E1/2NE1/4NW1/4 Section 29 (AG District)

Parcel 3:   Pt. SE1/4 of Section 30 (AG District)

Parcel 4:   Pt. NE1/4 of Section 31 (AG District)

Parcel 5:   Pt. N1/2 of Section 32 (AG District)

Township 24 North, Range 30 West of the 6^th P.M., Thomas County, Nebraska

An agenda will be kept continually current and shall be available for public inspection at the office of the Thomas County Clerk during regular business hours.  Additions to the agenda may be made no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
